Titanium. Hypoallergenic. Titanium ASTM F67 Grade 1, this is pure titanium >99%, and is unalloyed, less than 0.2% iron, no other metals. This is great for those with very sensitive ears. It has a "lustrous silver color" which means it has a polished grey metal look, it is not shiny like sterling silver.
